Over 150 people came to hear Tamsin Waley Cohen and Huw Watkins rendition of Vaughan Williams 'Lark Ascending' in the wonderful sacred space of this church left an audience in stunned silence.
Ably supported by Lynn Farleigh with some fine readings this was a concert to remember.
The Chairman and Trustees would like to thank all those whose support made this possible, this included principle benefactors: Robert Waley-Cohen, Ludovic de Walden and Bridget Herrtage for financing the concert. Church wardens: John Anderton and Norma King for allowing us to use this wonderful church and their hard work in preparing the church for the concert.
