The Warwickshire and Coventry Historic Churches Trust and individual members and participants have striven to plan a safe event for the Bard’s Drive. However, they accept no legal responsibility or liability for accident or injury however caused. All individuals participating do so at their own risk and are therefore fully responsible for their behaviour and safety during the event.
All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (or other responsible adult) through the day and anyone registering will be required to confirm their responsibilities for the young person on the day of the event.
